IDEA is a volunteering non-profit organization of professionals, parents and teachers, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It is focused on enhancing
children's aptitude based values, skills, and providing them career focused development programs.
Our mission is to offer support to the student community by developing their interests, talents and creativity through various programs. IDEA
attempts to engage the student community and motivate them through seminars and youth leadership programs; helping and grooming them to be
better future citizens .
IDEA was established in 2004 by a group of professionals from medicine, science engineering, accounting and administration. The sole objective
was to promote a constructive value based growth in education, and research potential careers of interest to the student community. Founder
member, Mr. T. Siva Ramakrishna Iyer, an engineer and educationalist realized the need to channel the potential in children and guide and
support them on their educational choices.
IDEA believes that childhood interests can be an indicator of their future careers. Therefore, it places a natural responsibility on the parents, to
provide opportunities for their children to realise, what would otherwise remain unexplored.
IDEA also provides a platform for students to explore their existing capabilities and discover their hidden potential. Our carefully planned
programs for the students help them work efficiently towards achieving their goals.

It is easy to underestimate the power of a pat on the back, especially with outstanding performers who are motivated. Rewarding individual accomplishments shows that others are paying attention. Motivated students become more productive, and creative in realizing their educational goals.
